Patients with no insurance:
Forms of payment accepted by Pfabulous Gentle Dentistry are check, cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Care Credit.

Patients with Insurance
We submit insurance claims for you and help you recover the most from your benefits.
Our office is a participating provider for several PPO policies, such as:

Our office does accept payments from and file claims to most major dental insurance plans as a courtesy for all of our patients. We will use all the information we have about your insurance plan to help you receive the greatest benefit possible under your plan.
Please provide all of your insurance information over the phone when you schedule your first appointment. At your first visit with our office, we will also need a copy of your insurance card if you have no yet submitted it to our team. This will ensure that your dental insurance benefits are accurately and completely determined prior to your arrival, to make payment and decision-making more convenient for you.
